Terms of Use

Magnus Connect is a technology platform that facilitates connection between experts (speakers, consultants, mentors, coaches, facilitators and specialists) and clients (individuals and companies).

Magnus Connect is NOT an agency, NOT an employer, does NOT represent the experts and does NOT act as a financial intermediary.

Magnus Connect does NOT take part in negotiations, does NOT guarantee hiring, does NOT guarantee service quality, does NOT guarantee availability, does NOT guarantee results and does NOT take part in service delivery.

Every contractual relationship arising from use of the platform is established directly between the expert and the client, without any interference by Magnus Connect.

Each expert is fully responsible for: profile information; declared professional experience; CV; certifications; published content; prices; proposals; contracts; quality of services delivered; meeting deadlines; tax obligations; labor and social-security obligations; issuing invoices when applicable; and relationship with clients.

The expert declares that all information provided is true, current and complete, and agrees to keep it updated.

Each client is responsible for: independently evaluating the expert; directly negotiating engagement terms; validating references, qualifications and certifications; directly hiring the chosen expert; and making payments directly to the expert when applicable.

Magnus Connect strongly recommends that every client formalizes the engagement through a written contract with the expert.

Magnus Connect shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for: financial losses; cancellations; defaults; quality of any talk, consulting, mentoring, coaching or service delivered; commercial disputes between the parties; contractual breaches; delays; technical issues during service delivery; direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages; financial losses of any nature; and unmet expectations.

All liability arising from engagement, delivery and outcome of services belongs exclusively to the parties involved (expert and client).

Negotiation takes place directly and exclusively between expert and client, outside the platform. Magnus Connect only provides the initial contact channel by forwarding requests submitted by interested clients to the expert.

Each expert is solely responsible for all content published on their profile, solutions, videos, testimonials and related materials.

Magnus Connect may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content that violates: applicable law; copyright; intellectual property rights; image rights; hate speech; discrimination of any kind; incitement to violence; false, misleading or fraudulent information; spam; and offensive, obscene or inappropriate content.

Magnus Connect may, at its sole discretion: suspend accounts; remove experts; remove companies; remove specific content; and cancel registrations, whenever a violation of these Terms, applicable law or conduct that compromises the integrity, security or reputation of the platform is identified.

The Magnus Connect brand, visual identity, design, software, source code, layouts, institutional texts and other elements of the platform are the exclusive property of Magnus Mind. No copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or reverse engineering is allowed without express written authorization.

Magnus Connect may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use after publication represents tacit acceptance of the new version. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the jurisdiction of Magnus Mind's headquarters are elected to resolve any controversies arising from this instrument, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
