Verified Profile Program

1. Purpose

The Verified Profile Program aims to increase trust between experts and companies within Magnus Connect through a documentary review of the information presented in the expert's profile. The badge does not evaluate professional quality, project results, or constitute an endorsement by Magnus Mind.

2. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is optional and completed through a one-time payment of R$ 49.90 (forty-nine Brazilian reais and ninety centavos) processed externally by Stripe. Once the payment is confirmed, the verified badge is automatically granted to the specialist's profile.

3. Documentation

The expert may submit diplomas, certificates, professional licenses, council registrations, international certifications, statements, portfolio, case studies, publications, résumé links, LinkedIn, personal website, videos, awards, or any document that strengthens the verification of the profile information. Submitting false or altered documents will result in immediate rejection and may lead to suspension or removal of the profile, in addition to applicable legal measures.

4. Review

The review will be conducted by the Magnus Connect team within 5 (five) business days from full documentation submission. Additional documentation may be requested at no extra cost.

5. Validity and renewal

The badge remains valid as long as the submitted documentation is current and the profile information remains consistent. Magnus Mind may, at its sole discretion, request future renewal or revoke the badge if inconsistencies are identified.

6. Use of the badge

The Verified Profile badge is for exclusive use within Magnus Connect and official Magnus Mind channels. Reproduction of the badge in external materials without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Documents submitted are stored privately and accessed exclusively by the review team. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.

9. No guarantee of results and limitation of liability

The Verified Profile is a highlighting mechanism within the Magnus Connect platform and does not represent any guarantee of sales, hiring, business closures, or any commercial results for the expert. Magnus Mind does not intermediate, oversee, or take responsibility for the commercial relationships, contracts, payments, deliveries, or disputes established between experts and companies through the platform.

The badge's sole purpose is to highlight the expert's profile among other registered profiles, signaling that the submitted documentation was reviewed by the Connect team. The decision to hire or not hire an expert lies exclusively with the companies, and Magnus Mind does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the work of any verified professional.
